Organizations and companies operating in fields closely related to USH2025 have the opportunity to support the event through financial sponsorship. Sponsorship can take form through a financial contribution or by providing goods or services needed during USH2025. The level of visibility your organization receives will depend on the nature and extent of your contribution and may include:

Sponsorship packages
CARGO BIKE
Contribution between
€ 1.000 and € 2.500
Mention and short introduction on the website. Mention on the board during the conference (set package).
RACING BIKE
Contribution between
€ 4.000 and € 6.000
Mention the website including logo and link to company website. Mention on board during conference (with logo). Made-to-measure asset is possible.
TANDEM BIKE
Contribution starting from:
€ 12.000
The top three sponsors contributing the most, will receive a special mention (with logos on all communications), website mention, visibility on camera (including in the plenary conference room) plus any other made to measure asset, e.g. a stand outside the plenary conference room or the possibility of making a pitch during the conference.
For all sponsors, a formal agreement will be established to outline the performance expectations and corresponding benefits.
