Van der Valk Hotel Nijmegen-Lent
Van der Valk Hotel Nijmegen-Lent Located in the northern part of the city of Nijmegen, near the river Waal and right next to the Nijmegen-Lent train station, the Van der Valk Hotel Nijmegen-Lent is the ideal place to meet.
For the scientific conference (Thursday, June 19th and Friday, June 20th) the plenary hall can accommodate 180 delegates. The capacity for the Congrestival (Saturday, June 21) is 450 people. Additional rooms and space for poster presentations and other side events are available on all conference days.
Van der Valk has a full service restaurant and will provide catering for the entire duration of the congress.

ROUTE
Parking
Although we would like to ask you to use public transportation as much as possible, Van der Valk Hotel Nijmegen-Lent has its own parking garage. At the end of the day, the gates will be temporarily opened to allow USH2025 visitors to exit. Hotel guests can provide their license plate number during check-in, which allows them to enter and exit the parking area free of charge throughout their stay. Please note: the square in front of the hotel is owned by the municipality, not Van der Valk. Incorrect parking in this area may result in a fine.
Public transportation
It is also easy to get to USH2025 by public transportation (OV). Nijmegen-Lent train station is right next to the conference location. A Sprinter, which runs approximately every 15 minutes, will take you from Nijmegen Central to Nijmegen Lent, or back, within 5 minutes.

Accommodation and hotels
For congress participants, 45 hotel rooms are available at the congress venue. In addition, 50 rooms are available at the Mercure Hotel Nijmegen Centrum. This hotel is located next to the Nijmegen Central Station, only 4 minutes away from the Nijmegen-Lent Station.
Participants can book a room at the Van der Valk or the Mercure Hotel as long as rooms are available. A link will be provided at the time of registration.
