The International Symposium on Usher Syndrome, USH 2025, will be organized in Nijmegen (NL) on June 19th, 20th and 21st 2025.
Knowledge sharing, cross-pollination and meeting are the focus on Thursday and Friday, with a strong emphasis on scientists and researchers in the field. During these days, the scientific symposium provides a platform for in-depth exchange of knowledge and insights. On Saturday, during USH2025 Congrestival, the most compelling contributions and lectures from the scientific symposium days will be shared with the USH Community - people with Ushersyndrome, their families and loved ones.
We also make USH2025 Congrestival a positive and inspiring “Festival of the Senses”. People with and without Usher Syndrome will be able to share the same sensory experience. An unique experience for all.

The plenary program of the Congrestival on Saturday, June 21, will be presented by Vincent as chairman of the day. Vincent will also be the host of the social event on Friday evening, June 20.

USH2025 takes place in the university city of Nijmegen. The conference location is the Van der Valk hotel-conference center in Nijmegen-Lent. This is a modern and well-equipped accommodation, located right next to Nijmegen-Lent train station.
